AK Party Sinop Member of Parliament Nazım Maviş announced that the tender for the construction of 820 housing units to be built by TOKİ (Housing Development Administration of Turkey) in Sinop will be held on December 9, 2026. The project will also include 3 commercial centers and 1 mosque; Maviş stated that the housing units will be close to the city center, university, and hospital.
