An outbreak of highly pathogenic bird flu has been confirmed in Włodawa. The infection was detected in a dead tawny owl, the veterinary services reported. The city authorities are appealing to avoid staying in the city park. This year, 20 outbreaks of this disease have been recorded in wild birds in Poland.
