Budapest Pride is 30 years old – but their anthology published on this occasion does not cover the stories of 30 years. The volume, The Taste of Motherland in My Mouth, features contemporary voices, but they report on experiences as old as the history of humanity. About the search for identity, love, decision-making, community – topics that, although they affect us all, still pose a greater challenge for a given layer of society than for others.
