High berry prices and fewer Thai berry pickers may attract many foreign pickers to Sweden. The Swedish Tax Agency believes that the liability issue may then need to be tested legally. – Then we are back where we were in 2000, that we have to test the issue, that they are not selling a product but a job, says tax lawyer Pia Blank Thörnroos.
