The decision of the Government of Javier Milei to suspend preventively the sale of the Argentine subsidiary of Telefónica to Telecom will not affect the interests of the Spanish company presided over by Marc Murtra, since the country's legislation, unlike what happens in Spain and the European Union, does not provide for the imposition of conditions on the seller before authorizing the operation.
