The Supreme Court believes that the Court of Appeal has interpreted the law incorrectly, and is sending the question of whether the environmental movement can demand a temporary oil shutdown back for new consideration.

The Supreme Court will hear the case against the Fosen shareholders, confirms the shareholder's lawyer, Olaf Halvorsen Rønning.
