With the Turkish Statistical Institute's (TÜİK) inflation data for July and August, the first figures for the January 2027 pension increase table have taken shape. With expectations for the remainder of the year, the increase for SSK and Bağ-Kur pensioners is expected to exceed 10%, with the lowest pension reaching the 26-27 thousand TL range, while civil servant salaries are projected to approach the 100 thousand TL mark.
While the increase rate for SSK and Bağ-Kur pensioners will be determined according to the six-month inflation rate, the increase for civil servants and civil servant pensioners will be calculated by adding the inflation difference to the collective bargaining increase, and the final rate will be determined after the last four inflation data points of the year.
