Mega Image supermarket and convenience store chain, owned by Dutch-Belgian group Ahold Delhaize, closed last year with sales of about 9.9 billion lei, 13.4% higher than in 2022, according to ZF calculations made on the basis of data transmitted by the company. During the same period, the net profit of the network climbed to a step of 220 million lei, versus almost 140 million lei in 2022, which means an increase of 56%.
