The Red Cross is seeing that the shortage of shelter space for Ukrainians is leading to increasingly dire situations. A growing number of Ukrainians are reporting that they have been sleeping rough or in cars. The aid organization is calling on the government to provide sufficient shelter space. "What more needs to happen before the government takes action?" asks Suzanne Segaar, Head of National Aid for the Red Cross.
