The police have transferred the investigation into the corruption case involving Febrie Adriansyah to the Attorney General's Office.
The Attorney General's Office has officially accepted the transfer of three alleged corruption cases from the National Police's Corruption Eradication Commission (Kortas Tipidkor) involving the name of Jampidsus Febrie Adriansyah.
Acting Head of the Attorney General's Office for Special Crimes, Rudi Margono, revealed that the Attorney General's Office had received the case files for the searches carried out by the National Police's Corruption Eradication Commission (Kortas Tipikor) and the Metro Jaya Regional Police.
The National Police's Corruption Crimes Unit (Kortas Tipdikor) has transferred the case of former Jampidsus (special crime chief) Febrie Adriansyah to the Attorney General's Office (AGO). The transfer must prioritize objective law enforcement.
The politician, who is familiarly known as Gus Falah, assessed that the alleged corruption involving Febrie Adriansyah had caused unrest in society.
