The National High Court has dismissed the appeal of Moroccan citizen Ahmed Tommouhi against the refusal by the Ministry of Justice of the petition he filed in 2023 to be compensated after having spent 15 years in prison when he was confused with a rapist.
He says there was no "judicial error" even though the Supreme gave him the right and overturned his sentence.
The man was tried and blamed for two rapes he did not commit because the real aggressor was physically similar.
