The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, arrived today in the Norwegian capital, Oslo, to participate in the annual Oslo Forum organized by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue in Switzerland.
