The man murdered in Las Canoas has been identified.

The man is Juan David Cantillo Noguera, a native of El Piñón (Magdalena). Cantillo Noguera was found early Wednesday morning by residents of the Las Canoas district, in the municipality of Pivijay, Magdalena. According to authorities, the body was found bound and had bullet wounds. There was also a sign signed, apparently by the EGC (General Consul of the EGC), as shown in the image.
