Judge agrees prison for man accused of killing his partner in Tarragona

The guard court of Tarragona has agreed this Monday to prison, communicated and without bail, for the man arrested on Friday, with the body of his partner in the car. The victim, 44 years old, had denounced the alleged aggressor for gender-based violence, as confirmed by the Ministry of Equality. In the courts, however, there was no prior history of male violence, the High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has detailed.
