Court orders release of Turin imam considered 'threat to State'
A Turin court on Monday ordered the release of an Egyptian imam who had been held at a migrant centre since November after Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi ordered he be expelled from Italy as he was considered a threat to the State. (ANSA)

The Court of Appeal of Turin overturned the decision of the court and ordered that the man may leave the Cpr of Caltanissetta, where he was held pending expulsion
