A majority of workers find that their "aspirations" are well translated by the elected officials they have chosen to sit in the bodies of private companies, according to a note circulated in January by the Directorate of Research, Studies and Statistics (Dares).
The confidence of French employees in their representative bodies and the trade unions has been strengthened, points out a study by the Directorate for the Animation of Research in Studies and Statistics (Dares), which reports to the Ministry of Labour.
