Milei Enacts, but suspends enforcement of disability law
Buenos Aires, Sept 22 (Prensa Latina) The government of Javier Milei enacted the Disability Emergency Law, which Argentine society has long demanded. However, it suspended its implementation, arguing that Congress must first define the sources of funding.
He asked the legislature to include the corresponding items in the budget that would allow the law to be enforced.Until that does not happen, he considers it "suspended in its execution."

The National Government promulgated Law 27.793, which declared the emergency in disability until December 31, 2026.
