The Kiev Court of Appeal allowed Sl. Info and the PRC to publish an investigation into the real estate of Alexander Suhachev, the head of the SBR, by overturning Judge Vovka's previous injunction.
According to media lawyer Oksana Maksymenyuk, this decision should stop further attempts to ban journalistic investigations.
