The Council of Europe Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) warns Spain that it has not complied with its recommendations on the regulation of political advisers or on the reform of the form of lobbying. It also regrets that the regulation of interest groups or 'lobbies' has not yet materialized and has left out the obligation to make the agendas public between lobbyists and senior officials.
