Since 2023, a private company has been advising the Confederation's Intelligence Service (CSIS) in its management of a major internal reform. As the RTS reveals, such a private public partnership in such a sensitive area is surprising. Even more so given the sluggishness of the transformation in progress and the dissatisfaction of the staff.
