The Plenary Assembly of the Albacete City Council has approved a new legal formula for the management of the social housing of ‘Las Six hundred’, in the neighborhood of La Milagrosa. The change will allow to correct the deficit character of the current model and will have an additional contribution of approximately 100,000 euros per year by the Board of Communities to cover the costs of maintenance of the 492 housing units.
