The Banco De España Will Have to Decide Whether to Raise the Countercyclical Buffer to 1%

At the end of last year, the Banco de España took the first step in the implementation of the new version of the countercyclical capital buffer, setting it at 0.5% (to have actually constituted in that exercise), and it must decide in the last quarter of 2025 whether to raise it again to 1%. Read
