The Court will now consider the first of the two protocols on "discreditation" of the army
The Kuybyshev District Court of Petersburg returned to the police one of the two administrative protocols on the "discreditation" of the army, drawn up by the 18-year-old singer of the "Stoptime" group, Diane "Naoko" Loginov.
The arrest of singer Naoko in St. Petersburg on 15 October led to a revolt among young people in Russia. On TikTok, on Instagram and even on the street, the covers of the songs of artists "prohibited" in Russia accompanied by the hashtag (keyword) #FreeNaoko became viral.
The Kuybyshev District Court of Petersburg, which was to consider one of the protocols on the discrediting of the Russian army (art. 20.3.3 of the Code) against 18-year-old street singer Naoko (Diana Loginova), returned him to the police, as reported by the Press Service of the City Courts.
