The alleged perpetrator of the crimes, committed between Navarra and Lérida, was arrested in Béziers following a police investigation for more than a year.
Allal el Mourabit, 54, entered the judicial radar in Irun in 2016. His radicalization motivated his arrest and went into prison. The Civil Guard stopped him in his truck in the 2019 Sanfermines to avoid the risk of violent action.
