Cloud seeding is underway to combat Delhi's pollution. A modified Cessna aircraft will carry 8-10 chemical packets. The pilot will detonate a button, spreading silver iodide into the clouds. A 90-minute flight will cover 100 square kilometers, potentially cleaning the air by 20-30%.
