The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and the State Attorney's Office had requested the admission to prison of prosecutor Fernando Peña, owner of the Nummaria office, to begin serving his 80-year prison sentence for creating a network of companies to facilitate his clients' defraud to the Treasury.
