That odd looking steel frame beside the railway at Deer Park - Waking up in Geelong

In recent months I’ve noticed an odd looking steel frame taking shape beside the railway near Deer Park station. But what is it? It’s located in the industrial area beside the railway line, where the tracks return to ground level at the Melbourne end of the station. Work on the structure started in January 2025. And my initial guess as to the structure’s purpose was “indoor rock climbing centre” based on the way that the steel superstructure did…
