Former Texas WR Parker Livingstone Commits to Oklahoma
Livingstone caught 29 passes for 516 yards and six touchdowns at Texas and secured an $800,000 NIL deal with Oklahoma, where he has three years of eligibility left.
On Jan. 6, 2026, Parker Livingstone committed to the University of Oklahoma via the transfer portal, ESPN's Pete Thamel reported.
Livingstone entered the transfer portal on January 3, 2026, and took visits to the Indiana Hoosiers and Oklahoma Sooners before choosing the Sooners.
The redshirt freshman wide receiver Parker Livingstone started seven games for the Texas Longhorns, recording two 100-yard performances and earning Shaun Alexander National Freshman of the Week honors.
Oklahoma gains a receiver as it looks to replenish its room after departures and portal additions, and Livingstone will face his former Texas Longhorns teammates at the Cotton Bowl on Oct. 10.
The transfer includes a reported NIL deal of roughly $800,000, Kirk Bohls reported, and Parker Livingstone's past as Texas quarterback Arch Manning's former roommate has intensified attention.
