Deputies found a Texas fugitive at a house in Anne Arundel County on Wednesday. The Anne Arundel County Sheriff’s Office said deputies received tips that Brian C. Stevenson, 34, was at a house in the 1700 block of Independence Court in Severn. The sheriff’s office said deputies went to the house and arrested Stevenson without incident.
