Telangana Police Issue Look Out Circular for Bandi Sanjay’s Son in POCSO Case

- Alleging sexual assault between October and December 2025, the FIR at Petbasheerabad Police Station cites Sections 74 and 75 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita alongside Sections 11 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
- Police formed five special teams to locate the 23-year-old, using Call Detail Records and Internet Protocol addresses to track him across Karimnagar, Banjara Hills, and Yousufguda.
- Bhagirath described the case as a "counterblast" to a criminal complaint he lodged against the girl's family at Karimnagar-II Town Police Station, alleging they attempted to extort Rs 5 crore.
- Following the Telangana High Court's refusal of interim relief from arrest, Bandi Sanjay Kumar stated he respects the judiciary as legal proceedings continue against his son.
