WEST ALLIS, Wis.– Two teenagers have been taken into custody after allegedly shooting fireworks at cars in West Allis Tuesday night. West Allis Police say the two 17-year-old boys were shooting fireworks at vehicles while riding Lime scooters around 11:30 p.m. near South 100th Street and West Schlinger Avenue.
