HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A teenager is facing two malicious wounding charges after police say he used a small, bladed instrument to cut two other students at J.R. Tucker High School on Halloween. At around 11:05 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, administrators at J.R.
