The Emmy-winning actor brings Notre Dame family ties and sports credibility from Ted Lasso to ESPN's weekly college football show.
- Emmy-Winning actor Jason Sudeikis will serve as the celebrity guest picker on ESPN's College GameDay this Saturday in South Bend for the Notre Dame-Miami matchup.

- His uncle, actor George Wendt of 'Cheers,' attended Notre Dame but left his junior year after skipping finals, adding to the family's deep athletic connection to the school.
- Instead of Jon Bon Jovi's "Living on a Prayer," ESPN's College GameDay will feature Ted Lasso's "Believe" mantra, the character Sudeikis plays on Apple TV.
- Eleventh-Ranked Notre Dame welcomes top-ranked Miami in one of the season's marquee matchups; a victory could reshape the standings for the remainder of the 2026 season.
