Public service of the federal and local authorities - After agreement in collective bargaining: employers and trade union speak of "deep compromise" and "difficult result"

Hamburg's financial senator Dressel has described the tariff regulation in the public service of the federal and local authorities as an "excellent compromise".

After a force-consuming collective bargaining round with many strikes, the new degree is in the public sector. 2.6 million employees from the federal and local governments receive higher wages – 5.8 percent in two stages.

More money for less work? This is possible in the public service. The collective agreement means that it will take longer in the civil service. That doesn't make sense.

The financial situation in the districts and municipalities of Saxony is already tense. This could exacerbate the wage agreement in the public service – because in many households it was assumed that a lower degree would be awarded.

There was agreement with employers on a number of key points for restarting work, which were suspended more than a year ago due to the cessation of the sending of national funds.

It will be more expensive for the employer to change the schedule close to a work shift. Unions and employers will also work together to achieve a better balance between work and leisure for the members of the Swedish Healthcare Association. These are some of the points in the new collective agreement HÖK25 that is being signed today.
