WASHINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) — A new brewery is preparing to set down its roots in the city of Washington. Tangled Roots Craft Beer & Kitchen will open its doors to the public at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9. In the meantime, employees are being trained for the big day.
