Tallinn ruling coalition gives city's highest award to major financier

The city council decided to award this year's Tallinn coat of arms to Taavet Hinrikus, an entrepreneur living mainly in the UK, who has donated over 150,000 euros to the three political parties currently in Tallinn's ruling coalition over the past little more than two years.
