THE PASHDAN BANDAR IN HERAT HAS BECOME ONE OF THE TOURIST ATTRACTIONS, BUT TALIBAN RESTRICTIONS HAVE PREVENTED WOMEN AND FAMILIES FROM ATTENDING THE PLACE.
