SUV crashes while rushing shooting victim to hospital

AKRON, Ohio — An SUV crashed early Saturday morning near Summa Health Hospital while attempting to get help for a man who had been shot multiple times, police say.Emergency workers were able to get the 40-year-old shooting victim to the hospital after the crash. No information was released on his condition, but police say his wounds do not appear to be life-threatening.
