Suspension of attorney’s license stayed
LEXINGTON — Lexington attorney Jared Jenkins’ nine-month suspension by the Virginia State Bar has been stayed by the Virginia Supreme Court. Jenkins’s license to practice law was suspended Jan. 17 following a one-day trial in Rockbridge County Circuit Court.
