Suspects nabbed in Ringgold County drug bust

(Mount Ayr) -- Two suspects face numerous charges in connection with a drug investigation in Ringgold County.

During a search of a person on Vėtrungių Street in Vilnius, officers found narcotics in a backpack, the Police Department reported on Friday. On Thursday, at around 10:20 p.m., 15 bags of a plant-based narcotic substance, suspected to be marijuana, and nine bags of a light-colored synthetic narcotic substance, crystals, were found. Two suspects, men born in 1998 and 2001, were taken into custody.
