KINGWOOD, W.Va. (WBOY) — Several dozen people were indicted by a grand jury in Preston County this month, including suspects of kidnapping, malicious assault and child neglect. Jason Larman Jason Larman, of Valley Point, was charged with malicious assault in November after he allegedly hit a victim in the head repeatedly with a dog bowl during a dispute.
