MAGNOLIA, Texas (KIAH) -- A suspect in an arson investigation in Montgomery County was arrested in central Texas after a state manhunt. Justin Lee Stewart, 37, was arrested in Junction by Texas DPS troopers and Kimble County Sheriff’s deputies.
