The suspected shooter is believed to have fled the scene, police say. No arrests have been made yet.

The Arlington Police investigates a shooting that claimed the lives of two young people in an apartment complex. The events occurred around 5:10 p.m. on the 400th block of W. Park Row Drive in the Paddock apartment complex. When the officers arrived at the scene they found two young people no more than 20 years outside one of the buildings with what looked like gunshot wounds.
