An arrest has been made in a hit-and-run that killed a recent high school graduate out of northern Kentucky.

Riley Coston, 21, has been arrested and charged in connection to a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run in Lexington, according to a Lexington Police Department video news release posted Wednesday, September 16. Coston’s car was later located in Scott County.
