Sunshine returns and a big cooldown lurks

After one more day of clouds, an absolutely beautiful weather pattern will move into the region. We’ll see some additional isolated showers on Tuesday afternoon, especially across the mountains, as high pressure builds in from the north. With Imelda moving well out to sea it will allow the pattern to briefly relax and we’ll see temperatures pop back up into the low-80s on Wednesday outside the mountains.
