A 73-year-old Sulphur man has been charged with attempted second-degree murder following an early morning shooting investigation on Christy Lane. Larry J. Hardy, 73, of Sulphur was arrested and charged with attempted second-degree murder after a standoff with police, in which he shot at deputies, following a shooting incident in which he shot at a man in his car.
