Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 15-year-old high school student on accusations that the student stabbed another 15-year-old in a bathroom at Vancouver’s Heritage High School on Tuesday. The high school is part of the Evergreen Public Schools district. The stabbing happened shortly before 3 p.m., the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
