A law student from Brasschaat should not pay a fine by the court for driving into the low emission zone in Antwerp with his car that is too polluting. The student challenged the fine of 250 euros because, according to him, it is too low.
The police court in Antwerp agrees with student Gill Bulinckx (21) after challenging a fine of 250 euros. Gill was fined for driving his polluting car into the Low Emission Zone (LEZ).
