Mobridge will have a new representative serving Ward III in June as Jenny Goetz defeated incumbent Jade Mound to take over that seat in the ward. Goetz received 71 votes with Mound receiving 33 votes. Only 14.5% of registered voters cast ballots on Tuesday.
