Strictly Come Dancing's new hosts spotted filming ahead of launch show
The launch number will feature the judges and five new professional dancers as Strictly returns to its pre-Covid pairing reveal format.
Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe, and Johannes Radebe were seen filming the Strictly Come Dancing launch show opening number in a behind-the-scenes glimpse of their new roles ahead of the 2026 edition.
The trio takes over hosting duties from Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, who announced their departure from the popular dance competition late last year after hosting the 2025 series finale.
Behind-the-Scenes images show the hosts in a golf buggy as they prepare for an extravagant opening routine alongside 14 returning professionals from Strictly.
Strictly returns to BBC One later this month with a star-studded lineup including former Love Island winner Dani Dyer-Bowen, actress Melanie Walters, former England footballer Shaun Wright-Phillips, and Australian singer Delta Goodrem.
The show returns to the operational style used before Covid, revealing celebrity pairings through introductory videos filmed around the country this year rather than pre-recorded format.
